在经过了快速发展的“黄金时代”后,经济型酒店行业这几年开始步入了入住率和房价双双下滑的缓慢发展阶段,一批经济型酒店开始面临成本上涨、收益减少、新物业难寻等困境,究竟是关店止损还是另谋出路?这对业者而言是一个问题。
记者近期对如家、锦江系、华住和亚朵等诸多酒店业者进行采访和调研后了解到,当经济型酒店进入增速放缓的“瓶颈期”,而物业也越来越难觅之后,不少酒店巨头开始寻找新的拓展方向——向存量要发展,将合适的旧经济型酒店升级改建为客房价较高的新中端酒店,此举不仅解决了寻找物业的问题,还从一定程度上提升了客房收益。不过,业者也需注意“一窝蜂”的风险——防止中端酒店市场过快地变成“红海”。

We feel lucky that we have booked this hotel which is outside the old town and river.The location is very good.It is walking distance to most of the place in the old town.It is located at main road to the 虹桥 the rooms are spacious but there is no elevators in most of the hotels here. The hotel will charge extra for air-cond. when you come in autumn and winter. Do not book hotels near the river sides because you have to carry your luggageand search for your hotel.
